Medallion, Los Angeles, California Full mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for a new multilevel project consisting of approximately 275 residential apartments located in 9 low rise buildings along with 165,000 square feet of retail divisible into approximately 210 spaces and approximately 1,200 parking spaces. 3670 Wilshire, Los Angeles, California Mechanical, plumbing and electrical design of a new high rise residential project consisting of two towers of approximately 378 condominiums, 4 subterranean levels of parking along with retail and townhomes. The Roosevelt, Los Angeles, California a Adaptive reuse of an existing high-rise office building converted to "For Sale" lofts.
