Project was completed in 1999. Eness House (Eric Lloyd Wright), Los Angeles, California Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for a historical residence, which was originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and restored by his Grandson. Alhambra Fire Station, Alhambra, California Full retrofit of mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems for conversion of a historical landmark fire station into a new community center. Palace Disco, Los Angeles, California Conversion of historical landmark Palace Theater into a full operations discotheque and filming center. Services included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems replacements, additions and upgrades as well as interface and design for special effects. Orpheum Theater, San Francisco, California Renovation of historical landmark including additions, modifications and upgrades of the mechanical, electrical plumbing and fire protection systems. Fillmore Towne Theater, Fillmore, California Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection renovations to a theater first opened on October 2, 1916. The Theater sustained substantial damage during January 17, 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Restorations are in compliance with codes of the State Historic Building Code. Miles Memorial Playhouse Seismic repair and rehabilitation for the playhouse damaged during the Northridge Earthquake. Wise Guys Fire House, Pasadena, California 10,000 square feet of tenant space development in an existing 1880's vintage historic fire station.
