Fillmore Towne Theater, Fillmore, California Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection renovations to a theater first opened on October 2, 1916. The Theater sustained substantial damage during January 17, 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Restorations are in compliance with codes of the State Historic Building Code. Miles Memorial Playhouse Seismic repair and rehabilitation for the playhouse damaged during the Northridge Earthquake.
